I had my first meeting with Erica in November 2023 and she accompanied me for a whole month. I had clear meal plans, food supplements and general guidelines I had to follow. Still to this day she follows me and I have seen huge changes in my living habits.As someone who was already very careful about my eating habits, I have seen improvements on my skin and it cured my stressed-eating tendencies.

When I first went to see Erica, I didn’t know what to expect. But she honestly helped to change my diet and lifestyle in such a seamless way, that I’ve maintained so many of her practices- e.g Pilates instead on intense exercise to support my fatigue, quinoa in meals instead of carbs to reduce bloating as well as drinking peppermint tea to reduce bloat. Erica also empowered me to explore eating fish where possible, which was a big no for me at first! But as time has gone on I’ve noticed amazing benefits from the Omega 3 and how to make fish taste nice! During our consultations, Erica was warm, approachable and completely non-judgemental, which made me feel like I could be very open with her. Although Erica created the plan, she made sure to include my opinion, by taking plenty of time with me to comb through all the different aspects, so that I felt the plan for tailored to me. Thank you Erica for all your help, Pilates and peppermint tea have honestly changed my life and I’m so grateful for all of your support!

I’d highly recommend Erica as a nutritionist, she’s a sensitive and thorough practitioner who knows the details of her work well and is clearly passionate about supporting clients to make positive changes. She is a great listener and tailored my programme to my lifestyle and the kind of changes I might realistically be able to make. Since implementing her suggested dietary plan my energy and mood have really lifted. She’s a gem.

Over the past four months, I have had two sessions with Erica. From the moment I stepped in, she made me comfortable in a safe place to discuss any matters/ concerns on my diet and lifestyle I wanted to share. She completed a thorough check and discuss what I should be following in details. Allowed me to ask any questions and shared some of her personal recipes which was super helpful. Even after we have completed our sessions, she has checked in and asked how I have been doing with all the changes in the dietary plan. After having the first session with Erica, I started eating more protein and fibre with each meal. I added more vegetables, beans and nuts to my daily routine. I noticed in that first month more energy, less sluggish at 3 pm and more positive mood. I also lost 10lbs easily. After our second session I am adding more eggs to my diet, trying to limit my alcohol intake and eat less. I am still taking a piece of chocolate at the end of the day. My asthma and skin has been better and even my teeth feel cleaner.
Overall I am very happy and I cannot wait to have more time to try some of these new recipes. These are habits I want to change for life. Water intake is also something I am trying to improve with lemon.

I'm so thankful for the personalized food plan from Erica. It's not about just sticking to a diet; it's about building good habits that actually last. I love that it's focused on my overall wellbeing and health, not just what I eat. Plus, everything is at my own pace, which makes it so much easier to maintain.
